Reservation Procedure For Overseas Buyers 

step 1. Choose your project. I will send you the latest available unit and         payment terms to choose from.

step 2. Tripping with you/your Representative to see our model/ actual units.
step 3. Once you are decided to purchase, Reservation Deposit of Php 25,000 is needed to process your unit.

 

We accept Reservations thru Direct Deposit or Wire Transfer to the Company's Bank Account Name.

scanned transaction slips and signed forms should be sent through smdcondoproperties@gmail.com upon reservation. This will be attached to your documents for SMDC to track the reference number of remitted reservation fee.

step 4. Sign ALL the following forms and scan and send back via email.

A. Sign the Reservations Agreement and Schedule of payment

B. Buyers Information Sheet (must be completely filled up an signed)

C. Signed 1904 (1 copy for each buyer)

D. 2 Valid Government  IDS (scanned) 

 

step 5. Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation from SMDC and contract in less than 2 months from the date of reservation.
